Daytime Care
I can help your family adjust to life with a newborn with:
$50/hr
minimum 4 hours
Daytime hours are between 8 am - 5 pm (Monday - Friday)
- Baby Feeding Support: I offer guidance and support during the early days of the baby to help with any method you choose to feed your baby. Never any judgment on if you want to breastfeed or bottle-feed. I am happy to offer tips and tricks in feeding to ensure moms are confident and babies are thriving.
- Newborn Care: I help families learn how to diaper, feed, bathe, and comfort their newest addition; baby-soothing skills often prove invaluable while families adapt to their new life with baby.
- Family Adjustment Support: I provide my clients' companionship and nonjudgemental support as they get into your groove as parents.
- Sibling Support: Older children are going through a transition, too. I like to give them extra attention, easing their entry into the important role of big sister or brother.
- Postpartum Recovery: I help families navigate the many ups and downs of the first few weeks after the birth of a baby, leading them through physical and emotional recovery.
- Light Housekeeping: I offer help with household management – doing laundry, prepping meals, running errands – to lighten new parents’ overwhelm.
- Professional Referrals: I make sure families get whatever help they might need, providing referrals to respected local resources such as parenting classes, chiropractors, pediatricians, and postpartum support groups.
